Mystery Payment Terms Form

Please complete the form to let us know how you would like to pay the balance of your Mystery Quilt.

Monthly

For monthly payments we will set up a subscription using our secure provider, Seal Subscriptions. We do not hold your credit card details here. We will send you a link so you can enter your details for the payments. Your card will automatically be charged each month until all of the payments have been made. 

If you need to change your card details at any time, there is a customer portal and we can send you the link to update your details.

The payments are:

Twin: $49 per month

Queen: $65 per month

If you have already paid a deposit there will be 9 more payments to make.

Queen: $570
